UPDATE: The Eastern Conference won by a score of 211-186, and Bam Adebayo had three points, two rebounds and two assists.

On Sunday evening, the 2024 NBA All-Star Game is being played in Indianapolis, Indiana.

During the first half, Miami Heat star Bam Adebayo had an impressive highlight on two-time MVP Nikola Jokic.

Instead of inbounding the ball to Damian Lillard, Adebayo threw the ball off of Jokic (who wasn't looking).

Adebayo then brought the ball up the court and nailed a three-pointer, with Jokic contesting his shot.

Adebayo is in the middle of another impressive season with averages of 20.2 points, 10.7 rebounds, 4.2 assists, 1.1 steals and 1.0 blocks per contest while shooting 51.0% from the field in 45 games.

He is among the best defenders in the league and helped the Heat get off to a 30-25 record in 55 games, which has them as the seventh seed in the Eastern Conference (they are 3.0 games behind the New York Knicks for the fourth seed).

The former Kentucky star is in his seventh season in the league and is playing in his third NBA All-Star Game.

Over the previous four seasons, the Heat have reached the Conference Finals three times and the NBA Finals twice.

Meanwhile, Jokic is also in the middle of another sensational year with averages of 26.1 points, 12.0 rebounds, 8.9 assists and 1.2 steals per contest while shooting 57.7% from the field and 35.2% from the three-point range in 53 games.

The Nuggets are the fourth seed in the Western Conference with a 35-19 record in 54 games.

Last season, they beat the Heat in the Finals to win the 2023 NBA Championship.
