Football schedules for the 2024 season are starting to be announced all across the Nutmeg State and SBLive Sports Connecticut will share these as we see them.

Recently, the defending LL state champion Staples Wreckers announced the following slate of games for 2024. The Wreckers will play 10 games, including contests against Greenwich and New Canaan on the road. 

Among other teams on the schedule are Danbury, Hamden, Maloney and Trumbull. 

Below is the Wreckers' 2024 regular season schedule, with official game times to be announced. 

2024 STAPLES WRECKERS FOOTBALL SCHEDULE

Sep. 13: vs. Hamden

Sep. 20: at Ridgefield

Sep. 27: vs. Maloney

Oct. 4: vs. Westhill

Oct. 18: at New Canaan 

Oct. 26: at Stamford 

Nov. 1: vs. Danbury

Nov. 9: at St. Joseph 

Nov. 15: at Trumbull 

Nov. 28: vs. Greenwich (Thanksgiving)
