The FHSAA wrestling finals begin Thursday and run through Saturday. The Finals are scheduled for 4:15 p.m. Saturday.

Below are eight boys that won state championships this past season and have qualified for the state finals this year.

Vote for which boys wrestler you feel has the best chance to win another state championship this year.

Here are this week's nominees:

Jovani Solis, Somerset, 8th

He won the 1A 113-pound state title last year and now qualifies at 132. He has posted a 59-0 record this year.

Roman Lermer, Tampa Jesuit, Senior

He won the 2A 113-pound state title last year and now qualifies at 120. He has posted a 44-4 record this year.

Sebastian Degennaro, Jensen Beach, Junior

He won the 1A 120-pound state title last year and now qualifies at 126. He has posted a 34-4 record this year.

Christian Fretwell, Lake Gibson, Sophomore

He won the 2A 120-pound state title last year and now qualifies at 138. He has posted a 6-1 record this year.

Luis Acevedo, South Dade, Senior

He won the 3A 120-pound state title last year and now qualifies at 120. He has posted a 31-2 record this year.

Brady Maximus, Mariner, Junior

He won the 2A 126-pound state title last year and now qualifies at 132. He has posted a 43-2 record this year.

Cavarius Liddie, Buchholz, Senior

He won the 2A 132-pound state title last year and now qualifies at 144. He has posted a 62-2 record this year.

Elvis Solis, South Dade, Junior

He won the 3A 138-pound state title last year and now qualifies at 138. He has posted a 36-0 record this year.
