LAKELAND, FLORIDA – The battle is on for a spot in the FHSAA Class 5A boys basketball state championship game as Norland of Miami (19-10) faces Mariner of Cape Coral (20-10) in a state semifinal contest from the RP Funding Center in Lakeland.

The winner advances to the Class 5A state final, on Friday at 8:00 p.m. against the winner of Wednesday's other semifinal contest - Mainland (Daytona Beach) vs. Blake (Tampa).
