Massive Kankakee (Ill.) High School offensive tackle Marques Easley has narrowed his college destination down to three schools and set a date for his announcement.

The 6-foot-7, 315-pounder, one of the top prospects in Illinois in the Class of 2024, announced on Monday that he has narrowed his college choice to one of three Southeastern Conference schools: Oklahoma, Alabama or Tennessee.

Easley will announce his decision next month – at 4 p.m. on July 8 at Kankakee High School.

A four-star prospect, Easley attracted attention from colleges from coast to coast and racked up nearly three dozen scholarship offers before narrowing his decision. 

He took recent visits to Georgia, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Tennessee.
