Here are the candidates for SBLive’s South Carolina High School Athlete of the Week for Dec. 3-9 as nominated by fans, readers and SBLive’s staff. Read through the nominees and cast your vote at the bottom of the page. Voting will conclude on Saturday, December 16 at 11:59 p.m. and the winner will be announced in next week's poll.

Cam Scott, Lexington, Boys Basketball
The Texas commit scored 23 points as the Wildcats rolled past Irmo 83-41.
Judah Lee, Green Sea Floyds, Boys Basketball
Lee scored 24 points as the Trojans beat Governor’s School for Math and Science 60-26. The much-improved Trojans won five of their first seven games after getting just three victories last season.
Joyce Edwards, Camden, Girls Basketball
The South Carolina commit continues to amass huge numbers. In the Bulldogs’ 68-64 win over Andrew Jackson, she had 32 points, 11 rebounds and 4 steals. Edwards then poured in 36 points in Camden’s 97-23 rout of Lugoff-Elgin.
Tyler Robinson, North, Boys Basketball
Robinson churned out a double-double in the Eagles’ 72-65 win over Bethune-Bowman. The 6-foot-2 senior had 17 points, 10 rebounds and 4 steals.
Ruby Kate Amos, Carolina Academy, Girls Basketball
Amos led the way with 30 points as the Bobcats turned back Trinity Collegiate 73-52.
Alex Atkinson, Lower Richland, Boys Basketball
The 6-foot-9 senior scored 26 points in the Diamond Hornets’ 61-41 win over Eau Claire. Atkinson has scholarship offers from South Carolina State, Presbyterian and Emory & Henry.
Edwin Barrios, Socastee, Wrestling
Barrios, a senior, posted his 100th career win for the Braves.
Jordan Watford, Lancaster, Boys Basketball
The 6-foot-4 junior scored 25 points to go along with 12 rebounds and 3 assists as the Bruins beat Keenan. Earlier in the week, he had 21 points and 9 rebounds as Lancaster edged Fort Mill 54-52.
Isaiah Scott-Palacios, Greenwood Christian, Boys Basketball
Scott-Palacios scored 29 points as Greenwood Christian edged Northside Christian 83-82 in a double-overtime thriller.
Naydia Shaw, Kingstree, Girls Basketball
Shaw had 14 points and 10 rebounds as undefeated Kingstree rolled past Hemingway 72-15. The 6-foot freshman also had 15 points, 10 rebounds and 5 steals in a 48-8 win over Johnsonville.
