Harrisburg Hornets beat Piggott Mohawks 56-48 in Arkansas high school basketball game

PIGGOTT HIGH SCHOOL -

Harrisburg Guard Lillian Betts led the way with 19 points as the Hornets beat Piggott Mohawks 56-48 in a game at PIGGOTT HIGH SCHOOL.

Betts’ points came on 5 field goals, 2 three pointers and 3 of 5 free throws during the game.

Kaylee Edwards added 21. Piggott fell to 1-4 overall while Harrisburg improved their record to 1-4.

Piggott’s next game is scheduled to be played at Hoxie HIGH SCHOOL on Monday Dec. 14 versus Hoxie. Harrisburg will host Rivercrest on Monday Dec. 14
