St. Charles Guard Allison Zelinko led all scorers with 15 points as the Bulldogs beat Standish-Sterling Panthers 42-41 in a game at Standish-Sterling Central High School.

Zelinko’s points came on 5 field goals, 1 three pointer and 2 of 2 free throws during the game.

Addison Walker added 13. Standish Sterling fell to 0-1 overall while St. Charles improved their record to 17-5.
