Minnewaska Area’s Marc Gruber led all scorers with 28 points as the Lakers beat Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg Fighting Saints 63-48 in a game at Glenwood, MN.

Gruber ‘s points came on 6 field goals, 5 three pointers and 1 of 4 free throws during the game.

Gavin Mulder added 21. Kerkhoven Murdock Sunburg fell to 17-6 overall while Minnewaska Area improved their record to 10-7.

Kerkhoven Murdock Sunburg’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Monday Feb. 23 versus Morris Area/Chokio Alberta.
