Central Minnesota Christian’s Carter Taatjes led all scorers with 23 points as the Bluejays beat Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg Fighting Saints 70-36 in a game at Prinsburg, MN.

Taatjes’ points came on 5 field goals, 4 three pointers and 1 of 1 free throws during the game.

Teagan Diederich added 12. Kerkhoven Murdock Sunburg fell to 12-3 overall while Central Minnesota Christian improved their record to 2-0.

Kerkhoven Murdock Sunburg’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Monday Feb. 2 versus Renville County West. Central Minnesota Christian will host St. Mary’s on Saturday Jan. 31
