Hayfield’s Mason Tapp led the way with 18 points as the Vikings beat Blooming Prairie Awesome Blossoms 62-44 in a game.

Tapp’s points came on 8 field goals and 2 of 6 free throws during the game.

Trent Swenson added 8. Blooming Prairie fell to 3-1 overall while Hayfield improved their record to 7-1.

Blooming Prairie’s next game is scheduled to be played at on Friday Jan. 4 at 7:30pm versus Chatfield. Hayfield will host Bethlehem Academy on Thursday Dec. 27 at 5:30pm.
