St. Charles Guard Sawyer Hander led the way with 12 points as the Fighting Saints beat Rushford-Peterson Trojans 49-43 in a game.

Hander’s points came on 1 field goal, 3 three pointers and 1 of 1 free throws during the game.

Luke O’hare added 13. Rushford Peterson fell to 0-1 overall while St. Charles improved their record to 9-3.

St. Charles will host La Crescent on Thursday Jan. 17 at 5:00pm.
