Virginia’s Nick Peters led all scorers with 21 points as the Blue Devils beat Moose Lake/Willow River Rebels 78-61 in a game at Willow River.

Peters’ points came on 5 field goals, 3 three pointers and 2 of 3 free throws during the game.

Mason Olson added 12. while Virginia improved their record to 2-0.

Virginia will travel to eveleth on Friday Jan. 4 at 5:15pm to play Eveleth Gilbert.
