Mankato East Cougars cruises by Mayo Spartans 81-60 in Minnesota high school basketball game

Mankato East Guard Jax Madson led all scorers with 23 points as the Cougars beat Mayo Spartans 81-60 in a game at Rochester, MN.

Madson’s points came on 2 field goals, 6 three pointers and 1 of 2 free throws during the game.

G Madsen added 13. Mayo fell to 0-2 overall while Mankato East improved their record to 17-3.

Mankato East will host Mankato West on Saturday Feb. 23 at 5:30pm.
