Melrose Dutchmen edge Albany Huskies 64-61 in Minnesota high school basketball game

Melrose’s Rowan Nelson led all scorers with 22 points as the Dutchmen beat Albany Huskies 64-61 in a game at Melrose, MN.

Nelson’s points came on 10 field goals and 2 of 3 free throws during the game.

Isaiah Gerads added 15. Albany fell to 17-4 overall while Melrose improved their record to 18-1.

Albany’s next game is scheduled to be played at on Tuesday Dec. 7 versus Eden Valley Watkins. Melrose will host Annandale on Friday Mar. 26
