Waterville-Elysian-Morristown Buccaneers defeat Le Sueur-Henderson Giants 55-40 in Minnesota high school basketball game

Waterville Elysian Morristown’s Shelby Hermel led the way with 13 points as the Buccaneers beat Le Sueur-Henderson Giants 55-40 in a game.

Hermel’s points came on 2 field goals, 2 three pointers and 3 of 4 free throws during the game.

Morgan Goettlicher added 9. Le Sueur Henderson fell to 0-1 overall while Waterville Elysian Morristown improved their record to 7-0.

Le Sueur Henderson’s next game is scheduled to be played at St. James on Thursday Dec. 27 at 12:30pm versus Maple River. Waterville Elysian Morristown will travel to on Friday Dec. 21 at 5:15pm to play Medford.
