Waterville Elysian Morristown’s Brielle Bartelt led all scorers with 24 points as the Buccaneers beat Maple River Eagles 62-55 in a game.
Bartelt’s points came on 6 field goals, 1 three pointer and 9 of 11 free throws during the game.
Ally Bruegger added 11. Maple River fell to 9-7 overall while Waterville Elysian Morristown improved their record to 9-2.
Maple River’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Friday Jan. 25 at 5:15pm versus Blooming Prairie. Waterville Elysian Morristown will travel to on Friday Jan. 25 at 5:15pm to play New Richland Hartland Ellendale Geneva.
