Mesabi East’s Ava Hill led all scorers with 23 points as the Giants beat Eveleth-Gilbert Golden Bears 55-34 in a game at Eveleth MN.

Hill’s points came on 8 field goals and 7 of 7 free throws during the game.

Elli Jankila added 5. while Mesabi East improved their record to 3-1.

Mesabi East will host Denfeld on Monday Dec. 10 at 5:15pm.
