Hayfield Vikings defeat Maple River Eagles 51-33 in Minnesota high school basketball game

Hayfield’s Abby Stasko led all scorers with 19 points as the Vikings beat Maple River Eagles 51-33 in a game at HHS.

Stasko’s points came on 7 field goals and 5 of 9 free throws during the game.

Ally Bruegger added 7. Maple River fell to 1-0 overall while Hayfield improved their record to 1-1.

Maple River’s next game is scheduled to be played at on Friday Dec. 7 at 5:15pm versus Waterville Elysian Morristown. Hayfield will travel to NRHEG on Friday Dec. 7 at 5:15pm to play New Richland Hartland Ellendale Geneva.
