Maple River Eagles edges Belle Plaine Tigers 54-51 in Minnesota high school basketball game

Maple River’s Madi Schirmer led all scorers with 19 points as the Eagles beat Belle Plaine Tigers 54-51 in a game.

Schirmer ‘s points came on 8 field goals and 3 of 5 free throws during the game.

Sarah Lenz added 17. while Maple River improved their record to 4-3.

Belle Plaine’s next game is scheduled to be played at on Monday Feb. 11 at 5:30pm versus Waterville Elysian Morristown. Maple River will travel to Wells on Saturday Jan. 5 at 1:00pm to play United South Central.
