Piedmont Classical edges Crossroads 65-63

Piedmont Classical’s Travon Mayo led all scorers with 23 points as the Bobcats beat Crossroads 65-63 in a game at Torrey Pines.”

Mayo’s points came on 5 field goals, 2 three pointers and 7 of 8 free throws during the game.

Crossroads was led by Shareef O’Neal’s 29 points and DJ Houston added 18. Crossroads fell to 8-4 overall while Piedmont Classical improved their record to 2-2.

Crossroads’ next game is scheduled to be played at Windward High School on Thursday Feb. 8 at 7:00pm versus Windward.
