New Hanover Wildcats defeat South Brunswick Cougars 59-51 in North Carolina high school basketball game

New Hanover’s Jalen Anderson led the way with 14 points as the Wildcats beat South Brunswick Cougars 59-51 in a game at Southport, NC.

Anderson’s points came on 3 field goals and 8 of 11 free throws during the game.

Aj Rossi added 12. South Brunswick fell to 7-10 overall while New Hanover improved their record to 2-1.

South Brunswick’s next game is scheduled to be played at Southport, NC on Wednesday Jan. 30 at 4:30pm versus Topsail. New Hanover will host Hoggard on Thursday Feb. 14 at 5:00pm.
