Ashley’s Jaylen Conway led the way with 11 points as the Screaming Eagle beat South Brunswick Cougars 36-33 in a game at Wilmington, NC.

Conway’s points came on 3 field goals, 1 three pointer and 2 of 2 free throws during the game.

Jordan Jenrette added 4. South Brunswick fell to 7-9 overall while Ashley improved their record to 1-0.

South Brunswick’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Friday Jan. 25 at 4:30pm versus New Hanover.
