Hoggard Forward Kris Gibbs led the way with 20 points as the Vikings beat South Brunswick Cougars 109-78 in a game at Wilmington, NC.

Gibbs’ points came on 8 field goals and 4 of 4 free throws during the game.

Jordan Jenrette added 30. South Brunswick fell to 1-5 overall while Hoggard improved their record to 6-2.

South Brunswick’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Tuesday Feb. 16 versus Ashley. Hoggard will travel to Shallotte, NC on Tuesday Feb. 9 to play West Brunswick .
