Hoggard Vikings cruises by Northside - Jacksonville Monarchs 28-0 in North Carolina high school football game

Hoggard High School quarterback Sam Jones accumulated 211 passing yards to guide the Hoggard Vikings to a 28-0 win over the Northside - Jacksonville Monarchs on Friday night at Jacksonville, NC in a high school football game.

The Vikings also received vital efforts from running back Sam Williams who rushed 18 times for 150 yards and 2 touchdowns and running back Cayden Hollar who rushed 16 times for 93 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Northside - Jacksonville’s Jordan Johnson threw for 15 yards and Brian Sexton had 13 receiving yards.

The win helps Hoggard improve to 1-0 on the season while Northside - Jacksonville falls to 0-1. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
