Hoggard crushes Holly Springs 48-7

Josh Jones had 173 passing yards and threw for 4 touchdowns to lead Hoggard to a 48-7 win over Holly Springs on Friday night at Wilmington, NC.

The Vikings also recieved helpful efforts from Kenneth Marshall who rushed 9 times for 95 yards and Tre Houser who caught 2 passes for 59 yards and 1 touchdown.

Holly Springs’ QB Bo Sowers threw for 121 yards, RB Kobe Weaver picked up 49 rushing yards and TE Alex Luedeke had 36 receiving yards.

The win helps Hoggard improve to 1-0 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Hoggard travels to Hillsborough, NC to take on the Orange Panthers on Friday August 25 at 4:04pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
