Hoggard crushes Ashley 34-14

Josh Jones accumulated 152 passing yards and threw for 2 touchdowns to help Hoggard to a 34-14 win over Ashley on Friday night at Wilmington, NC.

The Vikings also recieved impressive efforts from Kenneth Marshall who rushed 17 times for 81 yards and 2 touchdowns and John Bennett who caught 1 pass for 37 yards.

Ashley’s Logan Black threw for 1 yard and Freddie Thames picked up 72 rushing yards.

The win helps Hoggard improve to 8-0 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Hoggard travels to Leland, NC to face off against the North Brunswick Scorpions on Friday October 20 at 4:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
