Scotland edges Hoggard 47-46

W Bell had 282 rushing yards and scored 6 touchdowns to guide Scotland to a 47-46 win over Hoggard on Friday night at Laurinburg, NC.

The Fighting Scots also recieved key efforts from S McQueen who rushed 33 times for 184 yards and 1 touchdown and K Smith who caught 1 pass for 26 yards.

Hoggard’s Josh Jones threw for 355 yards and 6 touchdowns, Lloyd Jarreau picked up 10 rushing yards and Chris Toudle had 155 receiving yards and 4 touchdowns.

With the loss, Hoggard falls to 13-1 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
