Early Signing Day 2023 is here. Many of the top Texas high school standouts athletes (non-football) have signed National Letters of Intent with their respective college choices on Wednesday, the start of the early signing period.

The top-ranked basketball player in the state, Carrollton Newman Smith four-star forward Nicolas Codie, signed with Texas, and Longhorns basketball coach Rodney Terry welcomed the 6-foot-9 power forward in a video hopping out of a sports car.
