For Philadelphia Phillies first baseman Kody Clemens, Friday's batting practice session at Citizens Bank Park was Bring Your Dad to Work Day.

Seven-time Cy Young winner Roger Clemens made an appearance to throw batting practice.

The righty played 24 MLB seasons with a variety of clubs, most notably with the Boston Red Sox and New York Yankees.

60-year-old Clemens brings a wealth of knowledge to the mound. He went 354-184 in his career with a 3.12 ERA and 1.17 WHIP over 4,916.1 innings pitched.

The Rocket had 192 wins with the Red Sox which ties him with Cy Young for the franchise record.

Clemens was present on Thursday night when his son hit the walk-off single in the bottom of the ninth against his former club, the Detroit Tigers.

It helped the Phillies walk away with the 3-2 win.

The younger Clemens has been filling in at first base since Rhys Hoskins tore his UCL in spring training and was ruled out for the season.
