Kevin Durant's Return Date From Injury Revealed

Kevin Durant is going to be on a basketball court very soon.

The NBA world has been waiting to see what Kevin Durant would look like on the Phoenix Suns. It looks like they don't have to wait very long.

The official Phoenix Suns Twitter account revealed that Kevin Durant is expected to make his Suns debut against the Charlotte Hornets on March 1. It's a great team for Durant to make a debut against because obviously, there will be some kinks to work out for the Suns. Debuting against a more difficult team just makes it harder for the Suns to acclimate Durant early. Charlotte is the second-worst team in the Eastern Conference and has the fourth-worst record in the NBA.

Durant's debut with the Suns puts an official close on his tenure with the Nets in a way that wasn't really felt before. The last jersey anyone had ever seen Kevin Durant wear was a Brooklyn Nets jersey. Starting tomorrow, he wears a new one, with new hopes and aspirations. While some may fault Kevin Durant for leaving the Nets abruptly, he was arguably the most loyal of the big-three members and was the main reason why the Nets even took the Milwaukee Bucks to Game 7.

It wasn't the prettiest of partnerships at times, but Kevin Durant still had some fantastic moments as a member of the Brooklyn Nets.
