There's nothing worse than hearing your team was robbed during the final two minutes of a game. The NBA revealed that Spencer Dinwiddie should have been rewarded free throws with 20 seconds left in the game to potentially go up three points. Instead, nothing was called and Dinwiddie lost possession of the ball.

The moment Dinwiddie heard about the report on Twitter, he had something to say.

"Nets fans get used to it. We gonna keep fighting for y’all tho," Dinwiddie said on Twitter.

When Spencer Dinwiddie used to be on the Nets from 2017-2020, the team had a very specific identity. The Nets were incredibly gritty, capable of comebacks, and a team that was going to make their opponents feel their presence on the court. It seems like Spencer Dinwiddie wants to make the Nets become that team again. One that will never give up the fight, regardless of getting bad calls.

While the Brooklyn Nets may not have an All-Star anymore this season, they're definitely going to be capable of surprising people. There's a combination of veterans, good young players, and great defensive players. Mikal Bridges could very much develop into an All-Star if the team can be successful enough next season.

This won't be the last time the Brooklyn Nets get the short end of the whistle this season, but fans can best believe that it won't stop the Nets from fighting.
