The Denver Broncos are continuing to traverse through the weeds of this year's scouting process for the NFL Draft as more of the team's top-30 visits are starting to be revealed.

Most recently, the Broncos decided to bring in Texas RB/returner Keilan Robinson for a top-30 workout ahead of the draft later this month. Robinson is a 5-foot-8 senior from Washington D.C, who looks to potentially be an athletic piece in an NFL offense or special teams role.

Robinson finished his 2023 campaign with the Longhorns totaling 22 returns for an average of 22.5 per, also posting 12 carries for 134 yards and three touchdowns as a back. As for where he lines up amongst other players in his class ahead of the 2024 draft, his prospect grade sits at a 5.91, projecting as an "average backup or special-teamer."

Lance Zierlein of NFL.com offered an in-depth scouting report on Robinson, describing him as a talented player, but stocked with a handful of questions surrounding his stock.

"Robinson could be in a tough spot, as he will likely need to prove to teams that he can help in multiple areas in order to make a roster," Zierlein said. "He's a bendy runner with easy agility when the ball is in his hands. He might be considered too small to handle a backup role, and teams might question whether he has the physical traits for versatility on special teams. However, he's good at what he does, which is eluding tacklers in space and creating opportunities as a pass catcher and kick returner. He's talented, but might have a difficult task convincing teams that he can handle a variety of roles.

Marvin Mims Jr., Jaleel McLaughlin, and Tremon Smith currently headline the Broncos' returner group on the depth chart for next season, but Robinson could ultimately be added alongside them in the event he shows enough flashes during his pre-draft process for Sean Payton and the Denver front office.

While his lack of size and power may limit his ceiling come draft night, the upside Robinson possesses as an athlete and runner make him an intriguing player to be in play for the Broncos at the end of this month.
