#181 Bills - Jaquan Johnson, S, Miami (Fla.)
OUTLOOK: Voted the Defensive MVP in 2018 a year after his teammates said he was the most valuable player on the entire team as a junior, Johnson departs ‘The U” with quite a track record of producing turnovers. Despite a memorable college career there, Johnson lacks the bulk scouts would prefer at safety and was invited to the Senior Bowl specifically to gauge how he'd handle nickel cornerback duties. Johnson has the athleticism, instincts and intangibles to handle the conversion, projecting as a middle round pick who should be able to contribute early in his NFL career.
#182 Bengals - Trayveon Williams, RB, Texas A&M
OUTLOOK: He bulked up about 20 pounds in 2018 and took full advantage of playing with a fullback for the first time in his career, resulting in a career-best year. He cemented his Texas A&M legacy with a humdinger in the Gator Bowl, setting the Aggies all-time single season rushing record on a 93-yard touchdown scamper and giving him 1,760 rushing yards on the season, to go along with 19 touchdowns. With little else to prove, he decided to skip his senior season and declare for the draft. Williams is an electrifying player who can star as a feature back in the NFL.
#183 49ers - Justin Skule, OT, Vanderbilt
#184 Lions - Travis Fulgham, WR, Old Dominion
OUTLOOK: A former walk-on, Fulgham is a big bodied receiver that embraces the physical aspect of the game not only breaking tackles after the catch but as a blocker in the running game. He’s not a sudden mover and lacks a true third gear but is highly competitive and does exceedingly well in contested catch scenarios.
