#206 Redskins - Kelvin Harmon, WR, North Carolina State
OUTLOOK: The New Jersey native was originally born in Liberia before moving to the United States when he was four. Harmon is a big bodied receiver that uses his size and length very well, shielding the ball away from defenders and leveraging corners off in the running game.
#207 Steelers - Ulysees Gilbert, LB, Akron
#208 Buccaneers - Scott Miller, WR, Bowling Green State
#209 Seahawks - Demarcus Christmas, DT, Florida State
OUTLOOK: As dependable as the cold in December, Christmas played in 51 games (the last 37 of them were starts) for the talent-rich Seminoles, recording 105 tackles, including 10.5 for loss and 3.5 sacks during that time. Classic square-framed run-stuffer with broad shoulders and anvils for limbs. Rocks would-be blockers onto their heels with his punch, pushing the pocket as a bull rusher with excellent leg drive. Frame, pad level and weight room strength combine to make Christmas a very effective interior run-stuffer. Should perform well in the bench press... Feels the double-team coming and sprawls out, growing roots into the turf to anchor. Limited agility but gives good effort laterally, casting an imposing shadow that forces ball-carriers into the arms of teammates. Iron-like grip which allows him to pull down ballcarriers while still being occupied with blockers... Reads the eyes of quarterbacks and shows effort and anticipation to disrupt passing lanes, tipping 13 passes over his career. Just average initial quickness and agility to split gaps or impact the quarterback, resorting mostly to simple bull rushes. Good effort laterally and downfield in pursuit but simply tops out too quickly, showing minimal ability to impact plays outside of the tackle box. Below average arm length for his frame (32 1/4), giving up valuable real estate in the close quarters of the pit. His inability to consistently impact the quarterback means Christmas will have to until Day 3 this year. Alas, it is those trying to move this chest freezer of a man in the running game, who may be left feeling like the Grinch.
#210 Bengals - Deshaun Davis, LB, Auburn
OUTLOOK: While shorter than preferred, Davis is far from small, boasting a power-packed frame. Doesn't back down from a fight, proving to be very stout at the point of attack by incorporating excellent knee bend and pad level to anchor against would-be blockers out-weighing him for 50 or more pounds. A legitimate thumper as a tackler, uncoiling into ball-carriers to create violent collisions in the hole. Slow, even among inside linebackers. Looks like he's running through sand when pursuing to the edge, often being forced to adjust and re-adjust his angle to avoid being left in the dust. Shorter than ideal and occasionally loses sight of the ball, as a result. Looks lost in coverage. Lacks feel for routes developing around him, turning his back to the quarterback to faceguard potential receivers. While competitive, Davis lacks the agility and acceleration to handle coverage duties for long. Davis has a chance to get drafted late on Day 3 but his lack of speed is troubling. His effort and physicality will make it tough on the coaching staff to ignore, perhaps even drawing some looks at fullback.
