2024 NFL Mock Draft: New 3-Round Forecast for Senior Bowl Week

As Senior Bowl week kicks off, check out this updated three-round projection for the 2024 NFL Draft.

It's officially Senior Bowl week, as the center of the NFL world relocates to Mobile, Alabama for a few days to watch some of the top prospects in this year's draft class face off.

This year's all-star showcase features plenty of big names from powerhouse programs, as well as some small-school sleepers looking to make the most of their chance to shine against top competition. A memorable performance at this event, whether or good or bad, can have a sizable impact on a player's draft stock.

As we watch all the action from Mobile, here's an updated look at how the first three rounds of this year's draft could turn out:

1. Chicago Bears (from CAR)

Caleb Williams | QB | USC

USC quarterback Caleb Williams

It's still possible the Bears could choose to keep building around Justin Fields, but it feels more likely at this point that they'll reset at QB with this pick. Williams had a roller-coaster 2023 season full of inconsistency, but he's still got some elite traits you just can't teach.

2. Washington Commanders

Drake Maye | QB | North Carolina

North Carolina quarterback Drake Maye

Washington has a young quarterback of their own in Sam Howell, but much like the Bears, the likely scenario sees them opting for a new franchise passer at this spot. Maye had plenty of ups and downs himself last season, but he's got the poise and arm talent to be a star at the next level.

3. New England Patriots

Marvin Harrison Jr. | WR | Ohio State

Ohio State wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr.

This is a tough call for the Pats, who desperately need a franchise quarterback, but also could use a true No. 1 receiver. It might be hard to pass up Jayden Daniels here, but Harrison is the best overall prospect in this entire draft, and has the potential to be a top-five receiver in the league from the moment he steps on the field as a rookie.

4. Arizona Cardinals

Olu Fashanu | OT | Penn State

Penn State offensive tackle Olu Fashanu

Losing out on Harrison would be a blow for Arizona, but they can still land an elite prospect to help out Kyler Murray here. Fashanu could make his own case to be the best prospect in this class, and after another year of experience, he's ready to be a franchise left tackle from Day 1.

5. Los Angeles Chargers

Malik Nabers | WR | LSU

LSU wide receiver Malik Nabers

Keenan Allen are both getting older and more expensive, and they've had trouble staying healthy. The Chargers spent last year's first-rounder on a receiver in Quentin Johnston, but that shouldn't keep them from spending this selection on another big-play machine like Nabers.

6. New York Giants

Jayden Daniels | QB | LSU

LSU quarterback Jayden Daniels

The Giants just signed Daniel Jones to a long-term extension, but if Daniels is still on the board here, they might be willing to cut their losses and start over at QB. Daniels showed marked improvement as a passer in 2023 on his way to winning the Heisman Trophy, and will be a true dual-threat weapon.

7. Tennessee Titans

Joe Alt | OT | Notre Dame

Notre Dame offensive tackle Joe Alt

Outside of 2023 first-rounder Peter Skoronski, this entire offensive line needs an overhaul under new head coach Brian Callahan. It needs to start at left tackle, where Tennessee lands arguably the most polished and pro-ready player in this draft with Alt, whose dad was a Pro Bowl tackle.

8. Atlanta Falcons

Rome Odunze | WR | Washington

Washington wide receiver Rome Odunze

With the top three quarterbacks off the board, the Falcons have to look elsewhere with this pick (and perhaps target Justin Fields in a trade). They could easily go with an edge rusher here, but another dynamic playmaker for the offense might be too much to pass up, especially one as talented as Odunze.

9. Chicago Bears

Laiatu Latu | EDGE | UCLA

UCLA edge defender Laiatu Latu

Montez Sweat made an immediate impact in Chicago after being acquired at the trade deadline, but the Bears still need another impact player off the edge on the other side. Latu's medical evaluations will be key to his draft stock, but when healthy, he's proven to be a dominant presence.

10. New York Jets

Taliese Fuaga | OT | Oregon State

Oregon State offensive tackle Taliese Fuaga

This offensive line needs a ton of help if the Jets want to avoid another serious injury to Aaron Rodgers next season. Fuaga was as dominant as any offensive tackle in the country last season, and he plays the game with a punishing style as both a pass protector and a run blocker.

11. Minnesota Vikings

Dallas Turner | EDGE | Alabama

Alabama edge defender Dallas Turner

There's not a quarterback worth taking here, so the Vikings would be better off addressing one of multiple needs on defense. If the board falls this way, the best value would come in the form of an explosive edge rusher in Turner, who has the versatility and athleticism to make a huge impact right away.

12. Denver Broncos

Brock Bowers | TE | Georgia

Georgia tight end Brock Bowers

Another team that should avoid reaching for a quarterback here, this pick is pure value and talent for the Broncos. Tight end is nowhere near the top of Denver's needs list, but Bowers is a versatile weapon who is a nightmare for opposing defenses after the catch, and he'd be a bargain outside of the top 10.

13. Las Vegas Raiders

Terrion Arnold | CB | Alabama

Alabama cornerback Terrion Arnold

It's the same story for the Raiders, who need a quarterback, but should wait until Day 2 instead of reaching for the next-best one here. The defense needs tons of help at every level, and with no corners off the board yet, they find tons of value there. Arnold is the most complete cover man in a deep class.

14. New Orleans Saints

JC Latham | OT | Alabama

Alabama offensive tackle JC Latham

Derek Carr didn't live up to his massive contract last season, but it was a tough task while playing behind the Saints' struggling offensive line. They need reinforcements across the board, and they should start at tackle, where Latham would bring a massive frame, tons of power, and surprising athleticism.

15. Indianapolis Colts

Nate Wiggins | CB | Clemson

Clemson cornerback Nate Wiggins

This secondary needs help at both levels, and since the Colts can find better value at safety on Day 2, they opt for one of the top corners in the class here. Wiggins has an impressive blend of height and length, as well as the ball skills to make big plays happen anytime the quarterback throws his way.

16. Seattle Seahawks

Troy Fautanu | OL | Washington

Washington offensive lineman Troy Fautanu

It's not the most exciting pick when your favorite team spends their first-round selection on an interior offensive lineman, but Fautanu is an absolute stud who would fill Seattle's biggest need. He played left tackle for the Huskies, but he might be even more dominant if he slides inside at the next level.

17. Jacksonville Jaguars

Kool-Aid McKinstry | CB | Alabama

Alabama cornerback Kool-Aid McKinstry

Tyson Campbell is a stud, but the Jags need another top-flight corner on the opposite side of the field. McKinsty came into the year with top-10 hype, and while he may not have lived up to those lofty expectations, he's still got the physical tools to develop into a dominant cover man at the next level.

18. Cincinnati Bengals

Tyler Guyton | OT | Oklahoma

Oklahoma offensive tackle Tyler Guyton

Taking care of Joe Burrow must remain the Bengals' top priority, and while another wide receiver might be needed if they can't re-sign Tee Higgins, right tackle might be the more pressing need. Guyton has tons of experience at that spot, and while his technique needs some work, he's got impressive physical tools and tons of upside.

19. Los Angeles Rams

Jared Verse | EDGE | Florida State

Florida State edge defender Jared Verse

Aaron Donald is still a dominant interior presence for the Rams, but the loss of Von Miller and Leonard Floyd over the past couple of years has left this defense without an impact player off the edge. Verse was the best player on one of the nation's most dominant defenses over the past two seasons.

20. Pittsburgh Steelers

Jackson Powers-Johnson | OL | Oregon

Oregon offensive lineman Jackson Powers-Johnson

Pittsburgh could go offensive tackle in the first round for the second year in a row, but they also need an upgrade at center. New offensive coordinator Arthur Smith will want to re-establish a physical identity centered around a dominant ground game, and Powers-Johnson will set that kind of tone in the trenches.

21. Miami Dolphins

Graham Barton | OL | Duke

Duke offensive lineman Graham Barton

The Dolphins have needs at multiple spots along the offensive line, so they should be looking for a prospect who could plug multiple spots. Barton would be the ideal fit, given his ability to play all five positions up front. He spent most of his time at tackle, but his best fit at the next level might be at guard, which is Miami's biggest need.

22. Philadelphia Eagles

Quinyon Mitchell | CB | Toledo

Toledo cornerback Quinyon Mitchell

Philly's pair of veteran corners were among the league's best a couple of years ago, but age and injuries are catching up to them, so it's time for a youth movement there. One of the fastest-rising prospects in this class, Mitchell has great film and production, and wasted no time showing off at Senior Bowl practice this week.

23. Houston Texans (from CLE)

Byron Murphy II | DL | Texas

Texas defensive lineman Byron Murphy II

DeMeco Ryans' defense made huge strides in his first year as the head coach, but it's still missing a few key pieces. One of them is a disruptive interior presence who can make big plays in the opposing backfield, and despite his lack of ideal size, Murphy's explosiveness would be the perfect fit.

24. Dallas Cowboys

Jordan Morgan | OT | Arizona

Arizona offensive tackle Jordan Morgan

This offensive line could have needs across the board this offseason, so the Cowboys should be on the lookout for a versatile blocker who can line up on the edge or along the interior. Morgan has the skill set to be an ideal target, with the ability to play either guard or tackle at a high level.

25. Green Bay Packers

Cooper DeJean | DB | Iowa

Iowa defensive back Cooper DeJean

Another defense that needs help at both levels of the secondary, the Packers also love elite athletes who test well, which should put DeJean at the top of their target list. He's a versatile playmaker who can line up outside at corner, in the slot, or on the back end at safety, and even brings value as a dangerous return man.

26. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Chop Robinson | EDGE | Penn State

Penn State edge defender Chop Robinson

The Bucs are likely to move on from veteran Shaq Barrett for salary cap reasons, and they're unlikely to pick up the fifth-year option on 2021 first-rounder Joe Tryon-Shoyinka. That meanas they'll need another explosive pass rusher to pair with rookie sensation YaYa Diaby, and Robinson might have the best first step in this year's class.

27. Arizona Cardinals (from HOU)

Brian Thomas Jr. | WR | LSU

LSU wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr.

After missing out on Harrison in the top five, the Cardinals are still able to land a potential No. 1 receiver for Kyler Murray here. Thomas has a rare blend of size and speed that made him a constant big-play threat for the Bayou Bengals last season, and Murray would make the most of his talents with the deep ball in Arizona.

28. Buffalo Bills

Xavier Legette | WR | South Carolina

South Carolina wide receiver Xavier Legette

Stefon Diggs is still one of the league's best route-runners, but Josh Allen needs more juice from the rest of his receiver group. Legette has the physicality you'd expect from a 6-1, 227-pound receiver, but has elite speed to go along with his impressive frame, making opposing defenders look silly as he leaves them in the dust after the catch.

29. Detroit Lions

Ennis Rakestraw Jr. | CB | Missouri

Missouri cornerback Ennis Rakestraw Jr.

The weakest link for Detroit last season was a secondary marred by injuries and inconsistency. Bolstering their corner group is a must this offseason, and this year's deep class should give them some solid options here. Rakestraw put up some impressive film in 2023, and is worthy of first-round consideration.

30. Baltimore Ravens

Jer'Zhan Newton | DL | Illinois

Illinois defensive lineman Jer'Zhan Newton

Justin Madubuike enjoyed a breakout campaign this season, but if the Ravens aren't able to keep him with a long-term extension, they could be looking for his replacement early in the draft. Newton is an undersized but disruptive force along the interior who constantly makes splash plays in the backfield.

31. Kansas City Chiefs

Troy Franklin | WR | Oregon

Oregon wide receiver Troy Franklin

Left tackle is also a strong possibility here, but with a run on receivers likely to happen between this spot and the Chiefs' second-rounder, they could opt for a top pass-catcher instead. Franklin is a smooth route-runner with the explosiveness to take the top off the defense, or turn short catches into huge gains.

32. San Francisco 49ers

Amarius Mims | OT | Georgia

Georgia offensive tackle Amarius Mims

The 49ers have a perennial All-Pro at left tackle in Trent Williams, but they desperately need an upgrade on the other side of the offensive line. Mims missed some time this season due to an ankle injury, but at full strength, he's a massive mauler with impressive movement skills and tons of upside.

SECOND ROUND

Washington quarterback Michael Penix Jr.

33. Carolina Panthers

Adonai Mitchell | WR | Texas

34. New England Patriots

Bo Nix | QB | Oregon

35. Arizona Cardinals

Kalen King | CB | Penn State
