NFL Insider Suggests Steelers Cut Wrong Lineman

The Pittsburgh Steelers aren't getting rid of any offensive linemen, but especially not this one.

PITTSBURGH -- The Pittsburgh Steelers should cut who?

Sometimes, in the midst of trying to figure out how an NFL team should approach an offseason, numbers get in the way of a total evaluation. And when the team is dealing with salary cap stress like the Steelers are, everyone is on the chopping block to try and save some money.

On paper, it all sounds good, but once you look at the entire picture, there's no way teams can make every move that would benefit them financially. Sometimes, they have to admit they overpaid someone while always acknowledging that player is their best option.

For the Steelers, they have that player on the offensive line. And while one NFL insider doesn't believe he, or another offensive lineman, should stick around this offseason, those players should - and they will.
