Tua Tagovailoa's Wife Turns Heads in Falcons Gear After Miami Departure

Tua Tagovailoa’s abrupt exit from the Miami Dolphins stunned the NFL world, but the conversation isn’t slowing down. His wife, Annah Tagovailoa, just added a new layer to the story, turning heads online with a subtle yet telling nod to his new team, the Atlanta Falcons.

Just weeks ago, the Miami Dolphins made one of the most dramatic financial and roster decisions in league history, releasing quarterback Tua Tagovailoa and absorbing a staggering $99 million dead cap hit in the process.

The move ended a six-year run that included a Pro Bowl nod, a league-leading passing season in 2023, and flashes of franchise-quarterback brilliance, but also inconsistency, injuries, and a rocky 2025 campaign that saw him benched late in the year.

Within days, the former No. 5 overall pick landed on his feet, signing a one-year deal with the Atlanta Falcons, a low-risk, high-upside move for a team suddenly reshaping its quarterback room.

But just when the conversation seemed to settle into football terms (depth charts, QB competitions, scheme fits), Tua's wife, Annah Tagovailoa, shifted the spotlight in a completely different direction.

On Wednesday, Annah posted a casual “get unready with me” video on Instagram, walking followers through her nightly skincare and makeup routine.

On the surface, it was lifestyle content. But fans quickly zeroed in on one detail: she was wearing an Atlanta Falcons t-shirt.

"Should be a Miami shirt on 😢," one user wrote.

"Cute shirt ;-)," another added.

"Ur such a cutie pie," one other fan replied.

"😍😍," another posted.

"The chocolate milk is so you," wrote her sister, Gracie Gore.

"Your husband will forever and always be my favorite football player. Despite what the critics say, Tua and Tua alone made me proud to be a dolphins fan. ❤️ Tua," another user replied.

In today’s NFL, where optics matter almost as much as on-field production, that kind of post doesn’t go unnoticed.

It’s a subtle but unmistakable show of buy-in, branding, and alignment with Tua’s new chapter in Atlanta.

Annah and Tua have been together for years, marrying in 2022 and building a young family that includes two children.

Throughout the turbulence of Tua’s career, from injuries to criticism to contract drama, she’s been a consistent presence, often offering glimpses into their personal life through social media.

In fact, when Tua first signed with Atlanta in March, Annah was already posting Falcons-themed content, including photos and outfits celebrating the move.

This latest video feels like a continuation, but the timing matters.

Coming right after the official transition and lingering questions about Tua’s role, it reinforces the idea that the Tagovailoa camp is fully embracing Atlanta.

In the short term, it also adds fuel to an already compelling quarterback storyline.

Tua enters a Falcons locker room that includes former first-rounder Michael Penix Jr., setting up one of the more intriguing QB competitions of the offseason.
