Perfect Week 12 MNF FanDuel Lineup: TreVeyon Henderson Sits Atop a Golden Throne

In this story:
It has been a very long week of football, but we have come to its end. Today is Monday and that means there is primetime football. The (10-2) Patriots will host the (2-10) Giants as they surge to pull off another upset in New England. Both teams have tremendous Fantasy Football upside across their rosters and it does provide for a very lucrative DFS slate to expose. These will be your best options to leverage in a FanDuel Showdown contest.
Best MVP/Captain Picks
Henderson will have the highest likelihood of scoring a touchdown tonight (-110). That surges his upside well past most other options. I would certainly use him over any other Patriot.
If I use any Giant, Tracy is a prime option. He may have around 50-60% of Team Rushing Yards, but he will lack much in the receiving game. However, Singletary has a better chance to score given a higher Red Zone Usage Rate. Both players are only with a 20-30% to score a touchdown, so it is a matter of volume versus touchdown opportunity. For this reason, I may prefer Henderson.
If the Giants are behind in the game, they will enter that pass script. This will favor Robinson's high Target Share and Johnson's high Red Zone Target Share. They are both unlikely to score as (+230) and (+280) odds to score, per FanDuel.
Best MVP/Captain Picks
- TreVeyon Henderson $17,700 - Far best pick
- Wan'Dale Robinson $15,900
- Theo Johnson $8,700
Quarterback: Jaxson Dart vs Drake Maye
The Giants brass has been asking that Dart is used less in the run game to reduce any further injury risk. He had been putting up about 1/3rd of the team rushing yards per game. I expect he could come down to 25%, or so.
The Patriots are 18th versus Quarterbacks and 18th in Passing Yards Allowed. Dart projects to have a solid matchup of great upside. He is averaging 1.4x of tonight's salary.
Maye is looking to surge to win the league MVP. The Patriots are 30th in Strength of Schedule to-date, so it suggests they could come down to earth a tad bit. Regardless, Maye has a great matchups versus a 31st ranked Giants defense vs Quarterbacks. They are also 30th in Total Offense and Points Allowed.
Both Jaxson Dart ($12,400) and Drake Maye ($13,200) are very lucrative.
Best Running Back Picks
The Giants run with a duo of Tyrone Tracy and Devin Singletary. Tracy has outsnapped Singletary in each of the last three games, reaching a season-best split of 71%-to-30% in Week 12. The Giants do face the Patriots 1st ranked Run Stop.
Devin Singletary is only ($1,200) cheaper than Tracy. Considering the projected workload split, this is a much worse value play.
TreVeyon Henderson looks to have the lead role in this Patriots backfield. I am projecting a near 2-to-1 split. Worst case, it goes closer to 50-50, but recent productivity suggests that Henderson is much better. The Giants are 31st versus Running Backs in a game that they project a run script.
TreVeyon Henderson the last 4 weeks:
— Playoff Patriots (@PlayoffPatriot) December 1, 2025
-83 yards vs Bengals
-93 yards, 3 touchdowns vs Jets
-150 yards, 2 touchdowns vs Buccaneers
-87 yards vs Falcons
-75 yards vs Browns

Rhamondre Stevenson has a decent ceiling and he is priced effectively as $4,000 cheaper than Henderson. Henderson should have around a 50% to score a touchdown as Stevenson will be around 15-20%.
Go with the leadbacks in Tyrone Tracy ($9,400) and TreVeyon Henderson ($11,800). Henderson has much, much higher upside.
Best Wide Receiver Picks
Wan'Dale Robinson owns this passing game with about 30% of Team Receiving Yards and an even higher target share. His issue will be his low Red Zone Target Share that suggests well under a 20% to score a touchdown. The Patriots are 19th versus Wide Receivers and Christian Gonzalez will face Darius Slayton and Isaiah Hodgins.

Darius Slayton is a low-upside player. He has less than 10% of Red Zone Targets and is averaging (5.18) FanDuel Points per Game.
Isaiah Hodgins broke out in Week 12. The Giants have their old friend back and Hodgins may work into a very lucrative target share right away, perhaps over 20%. His chemistry was great with Jameis Winston so we have moderate risk without knowing how he and Dart will mesh.
Stefon Diggs will avoid Cordale Flott. The remainder of this Giants secondary is one of the worst in the NFL. Diggs will have a 20-30% chance to find the endzone and likely achieve well over 50 yards. The Giants are 26th versus Wide Receivers.
Kayshon Boutte will get a lot of Flott. He is a boom-or-bust vertical threat. I may avoid him in here with other deep options.
Mack Hollins and Demario Douglas are both longer shots on the board. They are both very unlikely to find the endzone. You may see 2-to-4 receptions, so the upside is very limited.
Best Wide Receiver Picks
- Stefon Diggs $11,400
- Wan'Dale Robinson $10,600
- Isaiah Hodgins $4,000
Tight End: Theo Johnson vs Hunter Henry
Johnson has become a total and complete weapon for the Giants. Has leads the team in Red Zone Target Share (13 in total, 26%). Johnson may be as likely to score as Dart and Tracy. The Patriots are 26th versus Tight Ends — a glaring weakness.
Henry is on par with Diggs for the leading pass-catcher designation on the Patriots. They both will eye up 25% in Target Share and over 50 yards. The Giants are actually quite good (12th) versus Tight Ends.
Theo Johnson ($5,800) has tremendous upside while Hunter Henry ($7,600) is a relatively safe, moderate upside option.
Defense/Special Teams
Both teams have upside that may be faded. This is how they rank in key metrics:
Metric | Giants | Patriots |
|---|---|---|
Sacks per Game | 18th | 20th |
Takeaways per Game | 30th | 19th |
Sacks Allowed per Game | 24th | 26th |
Giveaways per Game | 11th | 11th |
Kicker: Younghoe Koo vs Andy Borregales
Koo is perfect on the season, (7-7) despite limited volume. We expect very pleasant weather and moderate upside. Koo ($6,200) could be a safe pick to add if you find salary constraints.
Borregales has been one of the best kickers in the NFL, likely to see the pro bowl. We will always favor a kicker that is on the leading team as they are less likely to need to go-for-it late in the game.
Both Younghoe Koo ($6,200) and Andy Borregales ($6,600) are safe picks.
