Top 5 Tight End ADP Values: Travis Kelce is Still a Valuable Fantasy Asset

Fantasy managers should consider these five tight ends, who are shaped up to outperform their ADP.

Drafting the right tight end at the correct ADP can help Fantasy mangers fill out the rest of their roster rather than selecting a tight end early on in drafts.

These five tight ends offer value and should outperform their ADP.

1) Isaiah Likely

Likely (TE 13, 125 ADP) follows his Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh to the New York Giants and receives the opportunity to be a TE 1 for the first time in his career.

Likely was buried behind Mark Andrews during his time in Baltimore, limiting Likely’s snap counts.

Despite the limited snap counts, Likely produced adequate numbers in the reserve role.

Now in New York, Likely has the chance to improve his Fantasy production tenfold in a starting role.

Outside of Malik Nabers, there aren’t too many standout pass catchers for the Giants, giving Likely the chance to be the second target for New York.

Likely has impressed through training camp and figures to be a big focus of the Giants offense.

2) Travis Kelce

The days of Kelce (TE 11, 122 ADP) being the unanimous choice for TE 1 may be over, but the
11-time Pro Bowler still offers Fantasy security at a late ADP.

Despite the dip from the TE 1 days, Kelce has proven to be a safe net at tight end.

In the past three seasons, Kelce has finished as TE 3, TE 5 and TE 3 in PPR leagues.

Fantasy managers are expecting a dip from Kelce as he turns 37-years-old this season, but the late ADP makes Kelce worth the selection.

No one has defeated father time, but Kelce is still a worthy Fantasy tight end as he creeps up in age.

3) Colston Loveland

Loveland (TE 3, 45 ADP) is a standout in a myriad of uncertainty at this ADP.

Cam Skattebo, Terry McLaurin and Davante Adams are around this ADP, but they have too many question marks compared to Loveland.

Injuries and other talent in their position affect the aforementioned players, something Loveland doesn’t have to deal with.

Loveland, the Bears leading pass catcher last season, continues to build off the end of his rookie campaign and is set for a productive Fantasy season.

With so much uncertainty surrounding other skill players at this ADP, Fantasy managers may want to go with the ascending sophomore tight end at this range.

4) Greg Dulcich

Finding a leading pass catcher in the last round of a draft seems impossible, but Dulcich (TE 25, 216 ADP) offers that possibility this season.

The Miami Dolphins don’t have much talent in their pass-catching group, giving Dulcich the opportunity to be the main focus for QB Malik Willis.

Dulcich has struggled with injuries throughout his career, but showed flashes in a reserve role for the Dolphins last season.

In week 17 last season, Dulcich produced a TE 5 week with a career-high 16.1 Fantasy points in PPR leagues.

Dulcich is worth a flier in the last round of the draft and could see success in a thin Dolphins pass-catchers group.

5) Harold Fannin Jr.

Fannin Jr. (TE 7, 86 ADP) finished as the Cleveland Browns receiver leader with 731 yards in his rookie campaign.

The Browns added two rookie wide receivers KC Concepcion and Denzel Boston, which may take away some targets from Fannin Jr., but gives the tight end more one-on-one matchups throughout the season.

The Browns are projected to be trailing throughout much of their games this season, giving Fannin Jr. more opportunity for targets thanks to the negative game script.
