Reports: Fan stabbed in neck after Falcons loss to 49ers

A fan was stabbed outside the Georgia Dome after the Atlanta Falcons lost in the NFC Championship game against the San Francisco 49ers, according to multiple reports.
WSB-TV in Atlanta reported that a fan was stabbed in the neck and brought to a local hospital:
A witness told Channel 2's Rachel Stockman a Falcons fan, who was upset about the team's loss, began arguing with a 49ers backer in the silver lot outside Gate D. The argument turned violent when the Falcons fan punched the 49ers fan, who then pulled out a knife.
Fox 5 News in Atlanta reported that friends of the victim did not immediately have any update on his condition.
The station also tweeted pictures of police clearing the area outside the Georgia Dome where the incident occurred:
