• Volleyball: Kentucky def. Alabama 25-7, 25-17, 25-7

• Kira Lewis Jr. had 21 points, seven rebounds and four assists as the men’s basketball team won its “secret” scrimmage against Jacksonville State, 90-81. Guards John Petty Jr. and Herb Jones both scored 17 points, while redshirt freshman forward Javian Davis had 10 rebounds and eight rebounds. Villanova transfer Jahvon Quinerly did not play for Alabama, which lost against the same opponent a year ago.

• Softball won two more fall exhibitions, defeating Wallace State 10-1, and Montevallo 7-0. “It was fun to see Lexi Kilfoyl hit her first home run at Alabama, she’s going to hit a lot in her career,” Crimson Tide coach Patrick Murphy said in a release. “KB Sides showed off the power that she has shown us in practice all fall. Savannah Woodard was awesome in game two. The crowd was amazing today too. We can’t thank them enough for their support.”

• The men’s tennis team won three consolation matches to wrap up play at the ITA Southern Regionals at Auburn, while senior Zhe Zhou dropped his match to No. 25 Tim Sandkaulen, and Riccardo Roberto fell in his quarterfinal matchup to Dane Esses of Tulane in three sets, 6-7(8), 6-4, 7-5.

• The women’s tennis team went a perfect 5-0 in singles and 2-0 in doubles consolations on the final day at the ITA Southern Regional Championships in Baton Rouge, but freshman Ares Teixido dropped her quarterfinal matchup in the singles main draw against Paris Corley of LSU in straight sets 6-0, 6-2.

• Emily Janek had 14 assists and Kaylee Thomas made 17 digs, but Alabama was still swept by No. 16 Kentucky at Foster Auditorium.

• Lane Kiffin was fined $5,000 by Conference USA for posting this tweet, which he didn’t take down as of Sunday night:
