Alabama Football just added another top prospect to the 2024 class as Rico Scott committed to the Crimson Tide.

Scott, a native of Harrisburg, Pa., is the No. 55 wide receiver in the 2024 recruiting class and the No. 11 player in the state of Pennsylvania.

Scott chose Alabama over Penn State, Georgia, Tennessee, Colorado and Texas A&M.

Speed is a strong factor for Scott's success, but what's more impressive is his ability to take contact and continue running after the catch. He is not easily wavered by light contact; it will likely take a legitimate tackle to bring him down on the first try.

Scott is also good at identifying holes to run through and accelerating through them.

His decision to commit to Alabama came at a rapid pace; Scott did not receive an offer from Alabama until March 4, and at that time he still did not visit the campus. Yet he still put the Crimson Tide in his top 6, which was a strong indication of how high he held Nick Saban and Co.
