BATON ROUGE, La. — Arkansas is wasting little time trying to clinch their first road SEC series Saturday against LSU.

After a huge 9-3 extra-innings win on Friday to start the series, the Razorbacks are continuing at the plate in the first game Saturday.

The Hogs are going with Will McEntire on the mound for the first game while the Tigers are putting Ty Floyd on the mound to start.

FIRST INNING (TOP)

Floyd gets in trouble right off the bat with Hogs' leadoff batter Tavian Josenberger reaching on an error, then scoring when Jared Wegner blasted a homer to right field for a quick lead. HOGS 2, LSU 0

FIRST INNING (BOTTOM)

LSU's first two batters went down in order before back-to-back singles put runnings on against McEntire, but a grounder to John Bolton at shortstop ended things and no damage. HOGS 2, LSU 0

SECOND INNING (TOP)

Hudson Polk led off with a single but the next three batters go down in order. HOGS 2, LSU 0

SECOND INNING (BOTTOM)

Jared Jones reaches on a fielder's choice after a walk, then scored on a long double by Jordan Thompson to the wall in right-center and Josenberger slipped before he could make a throw. Gavin Dugas then delivered a 2-RBI double and the Tigers are having a big inning. LSU 4, HOGS 2

THIRD INNING (TOP)

The Hogs loaded the bases when Wegner was hit by a pitch, then Jace Bohrofen and Harold Coll walked to load the bases with two outs, but Hudson Polk went down swinging to end the innings. LSU 4, HOGS 2

THIRD INNING (BOTTOM)

McEntire gives up two more hits, continuing to struggle as LSU gets a double by Cade Beloso and an RBI triple by Josh Pearson and it seemed like it could be worse, but limited the damage. LSU 5, HOGS 2

FOURTH INNING (TOP)

Hogs go quickly in order with a pair of strikeouts as Fry seems to be settling in on the mound for the Tigers. LSU 5, HOGS 2

FOURTH INNING (BOTTOM)

McEntire gets to cruise a little, retiring the Tigers in order with three fly-outs. LSU 5, HOGS 2

FIFTH INNING (TOP)

The Hogs go quietly and in order on a groundout and three fly balls. LSU 5, HOGS 2

FIFTH INNING (BOTTOM)

LSU blows it open with a homer by Crews and a double by Tommy White to put the Razorbacks in a big hole. LSU 7, HOGS 2

SIXTH INNING (TOP)

Kendall Diggs leads of with a single, but a fly ball out can't advance him and Polk hits into a 5-4-3 double play to retire the Hogs in order. LSU 7, HOGS 2

SIXTH INNING (BOTTOM)

LSU gets a pair of singles by Tre' Morgan and Crews start with back-to-back singles before Austin Ledbetter gives up a couple of additional runs on sacrifice flies and it's a hole the Hogs are going to have a problem digging out of. LSU 9, HOGS 2

SEVENTH INNING (TOP)

Hogs go quickly and quietly as Fry went over 100 pitches in a solid start, but nothing happening at plate for Razorbacks. LSU 9, HOGS 2

SEVENTH INNING (BOTTOM)

Ledbetter let the bases get loaded with nobody out before getting a strikeout, but they all make it home to hand the Hogs their first run-rule loss the season. LSU 12, HOGS 2
