FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — As another subpar week of Arkansas basketball comes to a close, the Razorback brand away from Fayetteville seems to be holding up fine across multiple sports. Dre Greenlaw picked off GreenBay Packers quarterback Jordan Love twice, including one to end the game, to send the San Francisco 49ers to its third NFC Championship in 4 years.

A day later, Detroit Lions' center and four-year Razorback starter from 2013-2017 keyed a superb offensive line performance as Jared Goff and the Detroit Lions pulled away late en route to a 31-23 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for the Lions' first championship conference game since 1991.

Away from the gridiron, it's been a solid past two weeks for former Razorbacks while the 2024 team fell to a 1-4 in SEC play. All four 2023 players have seen some action in the NBA.  Nick Smith Jr. had double-digit performances in three straight games against the Bulls and the Kings for the Charlotte Hornets

Anthony Black scored 13 points against the Oklahoma City Thunder Jan. 13 coming off the bench for the Orlando Magic. Jordan Walsh saw his first NBA action for the Boston Celtics against the Spurs and grabbed four rebounds in three minutes. Ricky Council IV scored his first career point against the Magic for the Philadelphia 76ers

While the current state of the Razorbacks seems in peril, the alum has done well to keep Razorback nation going strong and making an impact at the next level.
