LIVE BLOG: Keep Up with NBA Draft as Hogs Wait in NY
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — It could be a history-making night for Arkansas basketball, but in either event tonight's NBA Draft in New York will be a big one for Anthony Black and Nick Smith. They will be in the green room.
Razorbacks coach Eric Musselman will be featured prominently (and everybody is wanting to see how he went with the suit look), probably close to the front at the draft. It's the first time he's been to the draft in New York in person, but then again having two of his freshmen picked in the first round is huge for recruiting.
Anthony Black, according to nearly every projection, is expected to go in the lottery of the first 14 selections. Nick Smith is close to getting in on the back end of that, but he's been falling in the pecking order. Jordan Walsh is projected to go somewhere in the latter part of the second round. Ricky Council IV hasn't made any projections, but could land in the second round very late.
Andy Hodges and Kent Smith will be on a live blog of the draft that starts tonight with pre-draft coverage at 6:45 p.m. on ESPN. ABC will start live television coverage with the selections beginning at 7 p.m. on both channels. Watch online at FUBOTV.
