Auburn fans had fun on Twitter following the comeback win at Ole Miss

Coach Bruce Pearl’s team collects a Quad 1 win in Oxford.

Auburn Basketball ventured into a madhouse Saturday night. Ole Miss basketball culture experienced a mini revival in what was the largest crowd ever at the Pavilion. Marshall Henderson pumped up the crowd pregame, Morgan Freeman was sitting court side, and some Ole Miss game manager was very excited. The Pavilion was rocking as the Rebels led by as many as 13 in the first half. Ole Miss hit nearly every shot, but the Tigers wouldn’t go away. Like a shark, they circled their prey and lingered, waiting for the opportune moment.

Chad Baker-Mazara kicked the coaches out at halftime. He sent the trainers and the ballboys away. Jaylin Williams and his fellow teammates stopped what they were doing and turned to listen. What followed was a massacre. Auburn put on a basketball clinic that would shame the Globetrotters, Lake Show, and Tune Squad combined. The whole team balled as KD Johnson dunked on Allen Flannigan’s head to finish the game, acquiring a technical before dapping up Coach Bruce Pearl.

This was a fun one, for all the reasons mentioned. Auburn’s Twitter war with Lane Kiffin books a new chapter, the Flannigan's get swept by Auburn, and the Tigers showed guts on the road. Victory is sweet and so were the replies to the Rebels final score tweet. Here are some of the best.
