Bracketology: Where do ESPN's latest projections have Auburn seeded?

Where does Auburn stand in Joe Lunardi's latest bracketology?

The No. 12 Auburn Tigers saw a slight increase in their projected seeding by ESPN's Joe Lunardi.

The Tigers went 2-0 over the past week, beating the Missouri Tigers 101-74 on the road on Tuesday and beating the Georgia Bulldogs 92-78 at home on Saturday to close out the regular season.

In Lunardi's previous projection, Auburn was listed as a No. 5 seed in the South Region playing in Spokane, Washington.

In Lunardi's latest projections, Auburn is listed as a No. 4 seed and is still playing in Spokane, but is now being projected to be a part of the Midwest Region.

The Tigers are projected to take on the No. 13-seeded Charleston Cougars in the first round. If victorious, they would face the winner of the No. 5-seeded Nevada Wolf Pack and the No. 12-seeded Richmond Spiders.

If Auburn advanced past the first weekend, it would play its Sweet 16 and Elite Eight games at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan.

The SEC had seven teams included in these projections, making it second after the Big 12 which had nine. The highest-seeded SEC team is still the Tennessee Volunteers who are now projected to be a No. 1 seed. The lowest-seeded SEC team is the Mississippi State Bulldogs who are listed as a No. 11 seed.

Auburn will look to improve its seeding with a good run in the SEC Tournament in Nashville, Tennessee later this week.
