Total Commitments: 5

Wide Receiver: 1

Denairius Gray, 6-foot-2, 180 pounds, Boynton Beach (Fla.) Chaminade-Madonna

Committed Jan. 1, 2024

Gray plays for one of the nation's most prominent prep programs that competes not only against top competition, but practices are intense as well. Gray learns from other wide receivers like 2024 Miami signee Joshisa Trader, 2024 Ohio State signee Jeremiah Smith, and 2025 Penn State signee Kobe Howard. It's helping him become an all-around receiver.

According to MaxPreps, Gray’s 2024 statistics include 48 receptions, 709 yards, 14.8 yards per catch, and 11 touchdowns. His totals come from a variety of receiving skills.

Gray's ball skills, even in traffic, are fantastic. He possesses the long arms that help a quarterback with high passes and the quick feet to get open in tight quarters. He's not just a big-bodied receiver either, as making defenders miss after the catch is something that comes naturally to him. Also showcases a good first step to explode by defensive backs. Gray's frame is exciting, too.

Already around 180 pounds, Gray's frame is going to allow him to easily surpass 200 pounds before he reaches college. Considering his on-field production, physical traits, and long-term size potential, Gray has a chance to be one of the nation's most highly-ranked recruits before he heads to the Plains.

Defensive End: 1

Hezekiah Harris, 6-foot-5, 235 pounds, Huntsville (Ala.) Jemison

Committed July 27, 2024

The film does not lie. Harris provides the classic arm length and long legs an SEC defensive end possesses. That point alone helps define why a bevy of SEC football programs like Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Texas A&M, South Carolina, Mississippi State, and Ole Miss also have scholarship offers waiting for Harris. He keeps offensive tackles away from his body with his arms, helping him to create separation from his opponent and chase down the quarterback or ball carrier.

His quickness allows him to speed rush like one would expect, and his ability to change directions is impressive. Harris will also consistently dips his shoulder and take an inside power move that many speed rushers rarely use; it’s a good sign of his versatility. With another year of high school, he has time to develop many more pass rushing moves.

Speaking of time, he could be much bigger by the time he arrives at Auburn. Look for Harris to play at well over 250 pounds for the Tigers.

Linebacker: 2

JaMichael Garrett, 6-foot-1, 200 pounds, Auburn (Ala.) High School

Committed July 27, 2024

Garrett’s speed and quickness allow him to play many roles at the prep level. Playing for Gulf Shores (Ala.) High School in 2023 and 2024 before transferring to Auburn High School, blitzing and creating big plays in the backfield became a staple of his success. He does more than just line up on the edge and penetrate the backfield.

Garrett’s speed allows him to track down plays from behind, as well as out-maneuver blockers in space and get to the ball carrier. Garrett has a knack for taking the best path to bring down a running back. He’s impactful when dropping into coverage, too.

The first play of Garrett’s junior HUDL highlights displays him dropping into a zone and leaping up to snag an interception before racing it back for a touchdown. He’s capable of playing multiple roles within Auburn’s defensive scheme, including being a prime defender for the nickel and dime packages.

LSU, Tennessee, Ole Miss, Miami, Penn State, Michigan, and Oregon are a few of Garrett's other scholarship offers.

Shadarius Toodle, 6-foot-3, 230 pounds, Mobile (Ala.) Cottage Hill Christian Academy

Committed July 27, 2024

Toodle has a college-ready linebacker frame at 230 pounds. Just as impressive, his closing speed fits the mold of an undersized linebacker or strong safety. Watching his HUDL film, Toodle fires into gaps and drops his pads to bring down ball carriers. He shows good instincts for playing linebacker.

Even at Toodle’s size, he’s adept at dropping into coverage and picking off passes. Once the football is in his hands, becoming a runner and scoring a touchdown is something he’s accustomed to doing as well. In fact, he’s played quite a bit of offense during his prep career.

LSU, Florida, Tennessee, Texas A&M, Oregon, Southern California, and Oklahoma are some of the other programs Toodle holds an offer.

Safety: 1

Wayne Henry, 5-foot-9, 170 pounds, Baltimore (Md.) St. Frances

Committed Aug. 5, 2024

Playing nickel and safety, fearless is a good word to define Henry. A big hitter, he does most of his work near the line or scrimmage. Henry’s quickness and change of direction skills help him to create interceptions and jar the football loose from running backs. He lines up at different positions to make those plays.

He creates many of them by being a good one-on-one tackler. Henry drives through a ball carrier to bring that player to the ground. He is just impactful when in coverage.

Henry’s ability to break on the football resembles his tackling skills. He wastes no time and displays a knack for swiping at the football as it arrives at its intended target. From his junior HUDL film, there are examples of Henry facing quick receivers and tight ends when he’s playing in the slot. Either way, he’s a proven playmaker.

Henry holds additional offers from several programs including Penn State, Maryland, Tennessee, LSU, Florida, Boston College, and Michigan State.
