Waking up on game day typically means that Auburn will play in a few hours. That's not really the case today.

Auburn will kick off against the Cal Golden Bears at 9:30 pm CT. So most Auburn fans still had 12 hours until they could watch their team play.

Still, the Auburn family woke up excited to see another Auburn game day.

Auburn Daily's Steve Simpson wrote five reasons Auburn will beat Cal. His first reason was Auburn's defensive line depth.

Similar to last week, Auburn should be able to dominate the line of scrimmage against a smaller and less talented group from Cal. The offensive line should be able to open plenty of holes for the backs. The defensive line should be able to take advantage of a backup center for Cal after the potential loss of starting center Matthew Cindric.
